Resolved: The eduroam issues reported earlier this week have been resolved. We will continue to monitor the Wi-Fi networks and address issues as they arise. Please contact IT Express to report and troubleshoot any Wi-Fi issues.

Monitoring: IET teams have implemented additional measures and are working with vendor partners to address the Wi-Fi issues affecting the eduroam network. We continue to monitor the wireless infrastructure and we will address any issues as they arise.

Investigating: Information and Educational Technology (IET) is currently investigating reports of Wi-Fi issues with the eduroam network in different areas of campus. Other campus networks, including guest Wi-Fi, do not appear to be impacted. We are working to address these issues with urgency.
